Sound familiar?

This is for you if…

You're up every 45 minutes and Googling "is this normal" at 3am.

Bedtime takes 90 minutes and ends with someone crying — sometimes you.

You've read the books and tried the plans, and nothing stuck past day three.

You're heading back to work soon and the math on your sleep no longer works.

Your child has a diagnosis — autism, ADHD, epilepsy — and generic sleep advice keeps failing them.

You want a plan that fits your parenting values — not someone else's bootcamp.

If three or more of those sound familiar, the free 15-minute call is the right next step. Book it here →

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

You'll know exactly what you're getting before you spend a dollar — and you keep the same consultant from first call to last follow-up.

1

Book the free 15-minute call

We talk about what's happening at your house and whether Sleep Ready is the right fit. You leave with a clear next step either way — sometimes that's a package, sometimes it's a referral or reassurance.

2

Assessment & your written plan

A full intake covering temperament, medical history, feeding, siblings, and your values — then a written, age-calibrated plan and a session where we walk through it together until it makes sense.

3

Support until it works

Follow-up sessions, plan adjustments, and direct messages while you put the plan into practice. Children aren't textbooks — we keep adjusting until it sticks.

Free, no pressure, no obligation — most fit questions are resolved in under seven minutes.

Why Sleep Ready

Four reasons families choose this practice

Evidence, with judgement

Every plan draws on current paediatric sleep science and Canadian clinical guidance. But the research tells you what's likely — your child tells you what's true. Both matter, and we keep adjusting until we match your actual child.

No cry-it-out unless you ask

Extinction is one method among many. It works for some families; it isn't right for most. Sleep Ready's default approaches are gradual, parent-present, and responsive. If you want full extinction, we can do that — but only if you ask.

You keep me, not an associate

Every engagement is with Milos directly. No junior consultants, no hand-offs, no intake coordinator routing your questions. One practitioner, one plan, one accountable person.

Built for the child you have

Generic sleep schedules don't account for temperament, medical history, sibling dynamics, parental work patterns, or cultural norms around bedsharing and feeding. Every Sleep Ready plan does.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Milos.

I'm the founder and sole consultant at Sleep Ready. I'm certified in four areas through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting — general paediatric sleep, newborn sleep (0–3 months), special needs sleep, and child-centred potty training — and I've been teaching paediatric CPR and First Aid to Ontario parents and caregivers for over a decade through my sister practice, Life Safe.

I'm also the dad of twins — a boy and a girl, born at 37 weeks, now past the other side of sleep training themselves. That context shapes how I work: I know what three feeds in the night actually feels like. I know the math of "just five more minutes" doesn't work when you haven't slept in four months.

Sleep Ready is a single-sender practice. Every email, every session, every plan comes from me personally. That means thoughtful, not instant — and it means the person who reads your intake form is the same person who runs your sessions and answers your text messages at 10pm on a Tuesday.

Sister practice

Rested child. Prepared parent.

Sleep Ready has a sister practice: Life Safe, a paediatric-focused First Aid and CPR training programme. Same founder. Same Ontario focus. Same standard of care.

You can pair Sleep Ready support with a Life Safe workshop — because the same parents asking "is my child ready to sleep train?" are the ones asking "what do I actually do if something goes wrong at 3am?" We built the bundles to answer both at once.

Why the three-day potty training method fails most families

It's not that the method is wrong — it's that "ready at the calendar" and "ready neurologically" are very different things.

Common questions

The things parents ask before booking

Do I have to use cry-it-out?

No. Extinction is one method among many — it works for some families, and it isn't right for most. Sleep Ready's default approaches are gradual, parent-present, and responsive. If you specifically want full extinction, we can do that, but only if you ask for it. It is never the default.

What ages do you work with?

Newborns from 0–3 months (gentle sleep shaping — newborns are never "sleep trained"), formal sleep work from around 4 months through the toddler years, potty training from roughly 18 months to 4 years, and special needs sleep support at any age.

Do you work virtually or in-home?

Both. Virtual consulting works across all of Canada and covers most engagements. In-home visits are available across the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area, Halton, and the Niagara Region.

My child has special needs. Is this actually for us?

Yes — it's one of the practice's core specialities, with a dedicated certification behind it. Plans for children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, epilepsy, Down syndrome, or medically complex care move slower, integrate with your existing routines, and include explicit coordination with your paediatric team.

What actually happens on the free 15-minute call?

You describe what's happening at your house; I ask a few questions about age, history, and what you've tried. Most fit questions resolve in under seven minutes. You leave with a clear next step — a specific package, a referral elsewhere, or reassurance that what you're doing is already working. No script, no pressure.
