Packages & pricing
Clear, tiered packages across infant and toddler sleep, potty training, and special needs sleep — plus integrated bundles with Life Safe First Aid and CPR. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute discovery call, where we confirm the right package and share your exact pricing before you pay for anything.
Not sure which package fits? Start with a discovery call.
Paediatric sleep and potty training support is a real clinical engagement, not a subscription. We price by outcome, not by hour. Every package below includes a specific written plan, a defined number of follow-up sessions, and a defined window of text-based support between sessions — because what actually moves the needle for your child is not a single 90-minute call, it’s the days and nights that follow it. You are paying for the outcome, the expertise, and the continuity. Not for the minutes.
Infant & toddler sleep packages
For newborns (0–3 months), infants (4–12 months), and toddlers (12 months to 3 years). Not for neurodivergent or medically complex children — see Special Needs Sleep below.

What Sleep Ready is not
Paediatric sleep and potty training consulting is focused, specific work. We are not a substitute for:
- Paediatric medical care. If your child has a medical concern, see your paediatrician first. We complement medical care; we do not replace it.
- Mental health therapy. For parental mental health concerns, we refer to qualified therapists. We take this seriously and do not practise outside our scope.
- Feeding or lactation support. We refer to IBCLC-certified lactation consultants and to feeding therapists for feeding-specific work.
- Occupational, speech, or developmental therapy. We coordinate with these professionals; we do not perform their work.
- Emergency response. Life Safe training builds preparedness, but a live emergency requires calling 911 first.
Payment, refunds & how it works
How do I pay?
Invoice with Interac e-transfer or credit card, issued after our discovery call and before our first working session. Payment is due in full before the initial consultation.
Do you offer payment plans?
For the Complete Programme, Special Needs Full Programme, and all bundles: yes, a 2-instalment plan is available on request (50% on booking, 50% within 30 days). Contact us during the discovery call to arrange.
What’s your refund policy?
If we cancel before the initial consultation, you receive a full refund. If you cancel before the initial consultation, you receive a full refund less any direct costs already incurred (typically none). Once the initial consultation has taken place, the engagement is non-refundable — though we will always work in good faith to make the engagement successful, including extending support windows or adding reset sessions at no charge if circumstances warrant.
Do you offer sliding-scale or reduced-cost options?
Yes, on a limited basis for families facing genuine financial hardship. Please ask during the discovery call. We reserve a small number of sliding-scale spots each month, particularly for Special Needs families whose funding sources have fallen through or are in transition.
Can I claim this on insurance, an FSA or HSA?
Paediatric sleep consulting is not typically covered by provincial health insurance in Canada. Some private extended health plans and Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) do reimburse — you’re welcome to submit your invoice. We provide detailed receipts suitable for HSA claims on request.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Many baby shower and new-parent gift registries include Sleep Ready gift certificates. Available in any denomination or for any specific package. Contact us to arrange.
Pricing questions parents ask
Why are paediatric sleep consultants this expensive?
The short answer: you are buying a specific clinical outcome, delivered by a certified professional, with continuity of support across multiple weeks and text-based availability across multiple nights. The comparable work done inside the public health system in Canada would take months to access, if it’s available at all.
Private paediatric sleep consulting is priced in line with other specialized family-support professions — doulas, lactation consultants, paediatric OTs — for the same reason.
Is the Complete Programme actually worth the extra money over Full Support?
For some families, yes. For many, no. The distinction is usually about how much continuity and how many calendar weeks of support you realistically need. Families with twins, complicated schedules, frequent travel, or anxious first-parent tendencies tend to benefit meaningfully from the Complete Programme’s extended support window. Others are genuinely fine with Full Support. We’ll tell you honestly during the discovery call.
Are the bundles actually better value than booking separately?
Yes. Every bundle costs less than booking Sleep Ready and Life Safe as separate engagements, and we’ll walk you through the exact figures on your free discovery call. The savings come from scheduling efficiency — we’re running the engagements in coordination — not from discounting our actual work.
What happens if your plan doesn’t work?
In paediatric sleep, “doesn’t work” almost always means “needs adjustment” rather than “the underlying approach is wrong.” Our packages include follow-up calls and extended text-based support precisely for this reason. In the rare case where an approach genuinely isn’t fitting, we rebuild the plan without additional charge — that’s what you paid for.
Do you charge more for in-home visits?
No. In-home visits within the GTA and Niagara Region are included in your package price. Travel to outside the standard service area may involve a case-by-case travel fee, discussed before booking.
Why does every engagement require a discovery call first?
Two reasons. First, because paediatric sleep is a clinical engagement and fit matters — about 10% of discovery calls end with us recommending a different resource (paediatrician, OT, feeding specialist) rather than a Sleep Ready package. Second, because purchasing the wrong tier is worse than not purchasing at all. The discovery call is free, it’s 15 minutes, and it protects your money.
Not sure which package is right?
Every Sleep Ready engagement starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. Most calls sort the fit question within seven minutes. If a package fits, we’ll tell you which one. If nothing fits, we’ll tell you that too, and point you at the right resource.
