Where are you right now?
Most Sleep Ready engagements start in one of four places. Pick the one that sounds most like your family — or book a discovery call if you’re not sure.
Paediatric sleep and potty training, calibrated to your actual child.
Evidence-based, judgement-led consulting for Ontario families. No cry-it-out unless you ask for it. No cookie-cutter schedules. Just a plan built around the child you actually have — and support until it works.
Infant & toddler sleep
From newborn rhythms to the four-month regression to toddler bedtime battles. Age-calibrated plans that respect your parenting values — cry-it-out is never the default.
- Newborns, 0–3 months — gentle sleep shaping; newborns are never “sleep trained”
- Infants, 4–18 months — including the 4-month shift
- Toddlers, 18 months–3 years — bedtime battles, early wakings, the crib-to-bed transition
Child-centred potty training
A readiness-led approach built on Canadian paediatric guidance — not a rushed three-day bootcamp. We read the child, set the plan, and support the follow-through.
- First-time parents who want an expert-guided approach rather than learning by trial and error
- Families who tried a 3-day method and hit regression, stalled progress, or adversarial resistance
- Parents whose child is in daycare and needs an approach that aligns with their care setting
Special needs sleep
For families navigating autism, ADHD, sensory processing, epilepsy, Down syndrome, or medically complex care. Slower, integrated, with explicit coordination with your paediatric team.
- Children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, or sleep-related anxiety
- Children with epilepsy, sleep apnea, severe reflux, feeding tubes, or other medical complexity
- Parents who were told sleep training wouldn’t work for their child
Twin sleep support
Twin sleep training isn’t single-baby sleep training times two. It’s a fundamentally different puzzle — synchronized schedules, shared-room logistics, the sibling-waking spiral, and dad-inclusive consultations.
- Canadian families of twins and multiples
- Twins who share a room — sometimes a crib early on
- Dads, same-sex parents, and solo parents of twins
Three steps. No surprises.
You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you spend a dollar — and you keep the same consultant from first call to last follow-up.

We talk about what’s happening at your house and whether Sleep Ready is the right fit. You leave with a clear next step either way — sometimes that’s a package, sometimes it’s a referral or reassurance.
Assessment & your written plan
A full intake covering temperament, medical history, feeding, siblings, and your values — then a written, age-calibrated plan and a session where we walk through it together until it makes sense.
Support until it works
Follow-up sessions, plan adjustments, and direct messages while you put the plan into practice. Children aren’t textbooks — we keep adjusting until it sticks.
Choose the level of support your family actually needs.
Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute discovery call, where we confirm the right package and share your exact pricing before you pay for anything.
